Earlier this month, I wrote about my
Vitamins debate - are they worth it?! I'm currently taking biotin and now folic acid and it's a good balance so far. I'm always on the lookout for more ideas. When reading a magazine this past week - I took a snapshot of this advice:
I will be upping my daily biotin from 2,000 to 5,000 and also checking out the Viviscal vitamin as well. Do you have any vitamins you swear by? I try to eat all my daily fruits and veggies, but I like to think vitamins give me an extra edge.
