Flatbread Vegan Pizza

This meal is a major treat in this house. Since changing our diet almost 12 months ago, we've only made this about 3 times, once every couple months. Don't let this be a weekly norm. This is for those of you who have be doing well and really just need to crush that craving for a greasy, dairy ridden pizza. Use this as your substitute. Be sure to load it with veggies!

Ingredients:
Whole wheat/gluten free/flax flatbread
Your homemade tomato sauce OR store bought organic/natural sauce
Veggie Shreds (or any other brand.  Be sure it's meltable though! There are a lot of brands whose cheeses don't melt well.  This one does)
Oregano, basil, garlic, and any other toppings you choose.
Load it with veggies like onion, mushroom, red peppers.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees with pizza stone in oven.
Put sauce on flatbread
Top with vegan cheese
Sprinkle on garlic, oregano, basil & any other toppings
Put into oven for 12-15 minutes.  Just keep an eye on it.

This recipe is great because each person gets their own mini pie.
