Day 6- Beautiful Sunshine

I can't even describe how refreshing today's weather is.  It's sunny, 50 degrees, and just wonderful.  I decided to take the scenic run this morning.  Here are some photos from a quick break I took to enjoy the scenery.

Felt: Incredible. I was pumped to go running and have a short day of work. I can tell my posture is getting much better. 
Ate: B- Strawberries  Snack: 1/2 cup Organic sunflower seeds L/D- Big Salad (which I couldn't even finish), sauteed string Beans & white tea.  My stomach has definitely gotten smaller.  I fell full faster and haven't been sick of eating all these fruits & veggies.
Exercised: Ran for 20 minutes. Yoga for 20. 10 minute Ab workout.
Weight Lost: 3 pounds! I'm definitely okay with this since I was sick for 3 out of the past 5 days.
