Smoothies are so simple. Grab the fruit you like, a handful of ice, and blend.  Here's my favorite:

- 7 strawberries
- 1 banana
- handful of bluberries
- 1/2 cup PURE 100% orange juice
- handful of ice

The end.
Seriously, I told you it was simple.

Use other fruits (kiwi) and juices (pomegranate) to change flavors.

  1. Oster has a great individual blender which I just got and I love to make smoothies in for breakfast! Great for a gal on the run and you can buy more than one container (in case you don't get to the dishes every day). Check it out!

  2. I make this same smoothie but i add 1/3 cup of egg whites for some protein. its great for after a workout!
