Oster has a great individual blender which I just got and I love to make smoothies in for breakfast! Great for a gal on the run and you can buy more than one container (in case you don't get to the dishes every day). Check it out!

I make this same smoothie but i add 1/3 cup of egg whites for some protein. its great for after a workout!
