Ingredients:
1 fresh tomato
Fresh basil leaves
pinch of salt
dash of pepper
Garlic
Dried italian seasonings to taste
1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Slice your tomato into 1/4" rounds. Chop your basil and place on top of the rounds. Top with salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, and a very small amount of EVOO. The key to this is the keep the fresh tomato flavorful with the seasonings without overpowering the tomato's natural taste. A little goes a long way.
