It's really frustrating not always having complex, out-of-this-world meals planned for me and hubby. Sometimes, I just need something quick, nutritious, and good to get us through the next meal while dealing with our hectic schedule. Here's what tonight looked like:
A boxed "Pacific Natural Foods" soup, corn on the cob, a couple crackers, and some cold tea (brewed fresh, Turkish style, at home). Took me 10 minutes.
Don't be afraid to keep things simple. It keeps you sane! Just make sure you have something planned ahead of time to keep you from eating fast food or foods that lack proper nutrition. Our go-to each week is a soup & veggie or salad. It works wonders for us!
