Ingredients:
1 1/4 c raw cocoa powder
1 cup & 3 Tbsp agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
Soy milk (have on hand)
1 pint organic strawberries
Directions:
In a warm pan, pour agave nectar, vanilla and cocoa powder. If your mixture is too thick, slowly add soy milk until the consistency is right. Continue to stir mixture until blended well. Dip strawberries in mixture and place on a baking sheet covered in wax paper. Refrigerate until hardened. It should be more of a fudge-like consistency after it hardens and not the crunchy chocolate you're used to.
